Payment can be made by a check, money order, or purchase order made payable to:

Payment can be charged to VISA or MasterCard accounts by completing the credit card information on the order form.

Payment must be in U.S. funds by U.S. bank draft or international money order.

Shipping

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery of your order. US orders are usually shipped UPS Ground and international orders are usually shipped by air parcel post.

Rush Orders

Overnight and/or special delivery services are available upon request at your expense. Please include any special request with your order or call us at 1-800-343-5540.

Sales Tax

Massachusetts residents are required to pay a 5% sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please include a copy of your tax exempt certificate with your order.

International Orders

Payment must be in U.S. funds by U.S. bank draft or international money order, made payable to the Mental Illness Education Project.

We generally ship parcel post. You must notify us if you want us to use any other delivery service or if you want us to request a specific brokering service.

Please add an additional $15 for shipping charges. (Canada excluded)

SAVE 15% for orders of $400.01- $699.99
SAVE 20% for orders of $700 or more

Shipping & Handling

$10 per order. For Canadian and International orders, please add 15.00.
For Overnight shipment, please add $40.00.
For Second Day Air, please add $25.00.
